One engine, four levers, and one rule: you decide

RevenueOS is not one more dashboard. It reads your data, puts an amount on every missed opportunity, prepares the action, and waits for your go-ahead before acting.

The four levers of revenue

  • Acquire

Bringing in customers who are not in your data yet: campaigns, website, prospecting. It is the most visible lever, and the most expensive.

  • Expand

Selling more to those who are already there. It is the least worked lever, and the quickest to pay off: the customer is already won and already convinced.

  • Retain

Spotting those who are drifting away before they have gone. Replacing a lost customer costs a full acquisition.

  • Optimise

Filling what is already paid for: empty slots, quiet hours, half-full sessions.

Most tools only deal with the first. RevenueOS starts with the second, because its results arrive in weeks rather than quarters.

What it can read

Nothing to re-enter. The starting point is what you already have, in the state you have it.

A screenshot
A photo of today's schedule is enough to fill the diary. The reading model never writes to the database: it proposes, and a check applies.
An export, a file, documents
CSV, Excel, a till software export, invoices as PDFs: customers are deduplicated by phone, then email, then name.
A CRM
HubSpot and Pipedrive. The actions you approve are dropped into it as tasks; nothing is written there unless you asked for it.
Business software
Digiforma for training, an SQL database for an in-house ERP. A system of record is read, not written to: these connectors are read-only by design.
Make, Zapier, n8n
A generic webhook connector and an MCP server: if the integration does not exist, you can build it without us.

How an opportunity is valued

No score is produced by a language model. The calculation is deterministic and reproducible: a base rate observed in your own data, adjusted by named factors — how strongly two services are linked, where the customer is in their cycle, their loyalty, their level of engagement, the value at stake.

Every factor is stored with the opportunity. So you can ask why this customer appears and get an answer you can check, rather than an empty phrase. When an opportunity is turned down, that refusal corrects the model for the next ones.

The amount comes from the prices actually seen in your data. When the price is unknown, it says so: a made-up estimate would be worth less than nothing.

What RevenueOS is not allowed to do

  • No message goes out without approval

Unless you switch on the autopilot, and then only within the limits you set yourself, channel by channel.

  • Consent is checked again at sending

Not when the plan is written. If consent is withdrawn in the meantime, the message is blocked.

  • Never a silent overwrite

If something read contradicts something already on record, the conflict is put to you. Until you decide, the existing value wins.

  • A supplier is not a customer

Every entity carries a role, its source and its level of certainty. A supplier, or an entity whose role is unknown, never ends up in a sales follow-up.

  • One business cannot see another

A salon and a training provider on the same account share no customers, no campaigns and no catalogue. The separation is enforced at database level.

Opening an account: with Google, or with just an email address

The product is not reserved for people with a Google account. What Google adds is real, and here it is, so that you can choose knowing the facts.

With Google (recommended)

  • Your real availability read from Google Calendar, with no double entry.
  • Follow-ups go out from your own address, not from a third party.
  • A Google Meet link created with each remote appointment.
  • One-tap sign-in, with no password to remember.

With an email address

  • Every feature of the product: customers, opportunities, follow-ups, attribution.
  • Built-in diary and public booking page.
  • Sending from an address provided by RevenueOS.
  • Without Google: slots are entered or imported, and there is no sending from your Gmail and no automatic Meet link.

And the two meet: an account opened by email can link Google later, without losing a single piece of data.

Attribution, the only judge

A tool that counts its sends will always prove itself right. RevenueOS counts the money: an appointment booked from the link in a follow-up is tied to that follow-up, and so is the service invoiced after that appointment. What cannot be tied to an action is not claimed.
